Also known as Wild Baby’s Breath, Sweetscented Bedstraw, Master of the Woods. A sweet, grassy flavor with a hint of vanilla. Dry the flowers and leaves to intensify their flavors. The dried leaves can be used to infuse alcohol, vinegar, and wine. Used famously in German May Wine.

Use for Herbal Teas, Simple Syrups, Cordials, and Flavored Waters.

* Sweet woodruff can have a blood thinning effect if eaten in large amounts.
